Dr. Latrice Bryant-Robinson, GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a senior human resources executive with over 20 years of domestic and global experience across multiple industries, including leadership roles with Amazon, ABC/Disney, Hewlett-Packard, CIGNA HealthCare, and Citibank.
She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at PFS Web, Inc., where she led enterprise HR strategy and organizational transformation. Dr. Bryant-Robinson is recognized for her expertise in talent management, leadership development, and building high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures.
She holds a doctorate in International Leadership Studies, along with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Resources and Training & Development, and maintains multiple senior HR certifications.
Danielle LaGuerre is currently a Wealth Strategies Specialist at Bank of America, N.A., where she provides guidance to high-net-worth individuals and families around their estate planning, charitable planning, and wealth transfer needs. Danielle works closely with clients and their advisors to navigate complex estate structures and develop customized strategies that preserve and transfer wealth effectively. Her work integrates technical knowledge with a client-centered approach, ensuring solutions that align with personal values, long-term goals, and family dynamics.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she focused on advanced legal studies in taxation and estate planning. She brings deep subject-matter expertise, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence.
Ascenyo Carson is a founder, operator, and strategic executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across logistics, real estate, and waste management. He is known for driving operational transformation and implementing systems that improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term stability.
He specializes in creating structured operating frameworks, strengthening financial oversight, and aligning teams around performance metrics to deliver consistent, scalable results. Ascenyo brings a governance-focused, execution-driven approach that translates strategy into measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
Karen Downer is a retired banking executive with extensive leadership experience in financial services, including roles as Regional Vice President, Regional Manager, and Director of Community Banking. She brings deep expertise in financial oversight, operations, and team leadership.
She has served on the Bebashi Transition to Hope Board of Directors since 2011, holding leadership roles including President, Vice President, and Treasurer. Ms. Downer also serves as President of the NAACP Bucks County Branch, where she leads community engagement, advocacy, and educational initiatives.
Charles Golliday is a cybersecurity executive with expertise in enterprise security strategy, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He has led security initiatives across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors, helping organizations reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and support business growth.
He specializes in aligning cybersecurity with business strategy, including implementing Zero Trust architectures, scaling vendor risk programs, and building security-focused cultures. His leadership has delivered measurable outcomes in risk reduction, incident response, and achievement of key frameworks such as HITRUST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
Mr. Golliday brings a governance-driven, results-oriented approach that ensures cybersecurity investments support organizational resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic goals.
Shanese I. Johnson is a Judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, serving in the Criminal and Major Trial Divisions. She brings over 20 years of legal experience, with a background in family law prior to her election to the bench in 2017.
Judge Johnson is actively engaged in professional and community leadership, serving in roles with the National Bar Association Judicial Council and the American Judges Association, as well as on multiple nonprofit boards. She is recognized for her commitment to justice, community service, and advancing equity within the legal system.
She holds degrees from West Chester University and Temple University School of Law and is a proud alumna of the Philadelphia High School for Girls.
Alyse A. Moore is a Chicago-based financial executive and business owner with expertise in financial strategy, operations, and governance. She is the Owner and CFO of Rosemont Logistics, where she leads finance and operations with a focus on budgeting, cash flow management, performance metrics, and scalable growth.
She has experience driving operational excellence within logistics and consumer goods, leading cross-functional performance, analytics, and reporting initiatives. Alyse also supports nonprofit boards with financial oversight, including audit readiness, internal controls, and transparency.
She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University, with a P.C in Mergers & Acquisitions (Stanford University).
Dr. Marcine Pickron-Davis is a senior executive and thought leader in academic medicine and healthcare, currently serving as Chief Campus and Community Partnerships Officer at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She leads strategic initiatives that connect institutional resources with community health priorities, clinical education, and public impact.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, she specializes in change management, stakeholder engagement, and building mission-driven partnerships across complex organizations. Nationally recognized for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, she advises leadership on integrating health equity into strategy to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
Previously, she served as Widener University’s inaugural Chief Community Engagement and Diversity Officer, where she led impactful community partnerships and institution-wide diversity initiatives. Dr. Pickron-Davis holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSW from Temple University, and a BA from Penn State.
Bruce M. Rice, Jr., MBA is a senior healthcare executive with expertise in behavioral health, primary care, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) services. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of I/DD Services, overseeing multi-state operations supporting nearly 2,000 individuals and more than 2,500 employees.
He brings over a decade of leadership experience, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Fairmount Behavioral Health at Universal Health Services, where he led operational transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Mr. Rice combines clinical experience with strong operational leadership to drive quality outcomes and organizational growth.
Ayanna Washington, M.Ed. is a higher education and workforce development leader with over 20 years of experience driving student success and career advancement initiatives. She currently serves as Chief Learning Officer at OIC Philadelphia, where she leads educational strategy and workforce programming.
Previously, she served as Executive Director of the Career and Advanced Technology Center at the Community College of Philadelphia, where she expanded programs and strengthened employer partnerships. She also held leadership roles at Strayer University, including Campus Director, where she led high-performing campuses recognized for student success.
Ms. Washington previously served as the VP of the Bebashi Board and Governance Committee Chair. She holds a BA from Temple University and a Master’s in Education from Strayer University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
