Members of Bebashi's Board support the work of Bebashi and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance.
Join Bebashi's Board of Directors
Bebashi is currently looking for committed individuals with a broad range of skills, experience, and interests to be a part of our Board of Directors. The Board is expected to work in appropriate partnership with the President/CEO, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations, to:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Bebashi Strategic 3 Year Plan
- Approve Bebashi’s annual budget and audit reports, ensuring that the organization meets all legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Solicit corporate or individual contributions.
- Engage in outreach for the organization.
In addition, Board members are expected to serve on designated Board Committees and work with other members to ensure that board resolutions are carried out.
Board Terms and Participation
We seek a mix of cultural, racial, gender, and professional diversity for the board.
Interested candidates should submit a short letter of interest (250 words or less) stating why they would like to serve on the Bebashi board, including any relevant biographical information to President of Board of Directors, Dr. Latrice Bryant-Robinson, via email at [email protected].
This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
