Bebashi Expands to New Site in University City

Bebashi – Transition to Hope is proud to announce the official opening of its new headquarters at 4101 Woodland Avenue in University City on April 1, 2025. This move enhances Bebashi’s capacity to provide critical health services, education, and social support, reinforcing its commitment to addressing health disparities in communities in need.

The new facility occupies more than half of a repurposed three-story former factory. Public-facing services, including a wellness center and prevention education, will be located on the first floor facing Woodland Avenue, while administrative offices will be housed on the third floor, accessed from Chester Avenue. The adaptive reuse design preserves existing materials and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Key features include:

• A Wellness Center providing primary and specialty healthcare services, ensuring access regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
• A Multi-Purpose Event Space for Bebashi’s staff meetings, training programs, and nonprofit collaborations.
• Medical Case Management Services, offering comprehensive support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, as well as prevention education.
