Bebashi announces two new members to its board of directors

John P. Turner, MSW and Jennifer Hinds, M. Ed. are the newest members to be appointed to the organization’s board

 

       

 

Philadelphia, PA (January 15, 2021) – Bebashi – Transition to Hope is pleased to announce the appointment of John P. Turner, MSW and Jennifer Hinds, M.Ed. to its board of directors.

Turner, an entrepreneur in the healthcare industry and Hinds, an experienced educator in the field of human sexuality, pregnancy and birth; both bring to Bebashi’s now 13-member board, a wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion to help advance Bebashi’s mission.

“We are very excited to welcome Mr. Turner and Ms. Hinds to the Bebashi family. Mr. Turner previously served on the board, and we are thrilled to have him return,” said Linda Marshall, Board Chair. “We have no doubt that both of our newest members will provide valuable contributions to help advance Bebashi to the next phase of our development.”

Bebashi’s board of directors are responsible for supporting the organization’s work by providing mission-based leadership and strategic governance.

Turner holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, and Hinds, a trained doula and social justice advocate, has a Master of Education degree in Human Sexuality from Widener University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies in Child Development from Central Michigan University.
