Get Care & Learn

Breast Health Services

Bebashi helps connect uninsured and underinsured women with essential breast health services.

Early screening can detect breast abnormalities sooner and potentially save lives.

Women over 40 should get a mammogram once a year. Mammograms are quick, easy, safe, and use less radiation than a dental X-ray. If you are uninsured or underinsured and need help getting connected to care, we can help.

Services Offered:

Bebashi’s Our Bodies Program helps connect uninsured and underinsured women with essential breast health services including:

Linkage to screening including free or low cost clinical breast examinations, referrals, and mammograms

Support for women who experience breast health abnormalities including breast cancer.  If you have an abnormal screening, Bebashi will link you to diagnostic services and treatment and will provide ongoing support throughout your treatment.

Bosom Buddy Support: Our volunteers are available to join you on your mammogram appointments and offer support.

Transportation Assistance: We provide tokens for women who use public transportation to get to mammogram appointments.

Breast Health Workshops: You’ll receive informative information and can discuss questions and concerns about breast health with our staff.

For more information or to make an appointment with our clinic, call 215-769-3561, extension 164.
