Practice Manager

The Clinical Practice Manager serves as a liaison between Miriam Clinic staff/volunteers and students for the effective and efficient operation of clinical services. The selected person will ensure Title X outcomes are met, supervise 340 B Pharmacy Program service delivery, and manage financial outcomes.


  • Provide leadership in identifying practice needs, as well as recommending and implementing courses of action such as developing policies and procedures, equipment procurement, and staffing to ensure best practice and outstanding health service delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership team, Miriam Clinic, 340 B Pharmacy Program staff, Medical Case management and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage clinic practice operations
  • Supervise front office employee(s)
  • Supervise Treatment Program Adherence Specialist to ensure 340 B program observes compliance standards, meets revenue goals, and provides superior client satisfaction.


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years medical office administrative experience required
  • Experience with EMR required


$55,000 to $60,000 per year
