Bebashi – Transition to Hope is seeking an outgoing, energetic, experienced and self-motivated Director of Major Gifts and Fundraising to help take our organization to the next level.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Director of Major Gifts and Fundraising (DMGF)serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Bebashi, in collaboration with the Executive Director and Director of Programs. The DMGF will be responsible for the design and implementation of comprehensive development and communication plans for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual and philanthropic support.
The DMGF will have full responsibility for establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a $7M budget through the solicitation of major gifts, grants, special events, planned giving and corporate and foundation support.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
COMPENSATION: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
