Director of Development and Communications

Bebashi – Transition to Hope is seeking an experienced and self-motivated development Director of Development and Communications to help take our organization to the next level.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Development and Communications will be responsible for developing and executing Bebashi’s annual fundraising plan, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with major donors, individuals, foundations and corporations.  In addition, this role will be responsible for managing all corporate communications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

The qualified candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field;
  • Five years of business development experience;
  • One year of supervisory experience;
  • Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising software;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of employees, potential donors and community leaders;
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office products.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
