340B Coordinator (Lead Pharmacy Tech)

Bebashi Transition to Hope is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lead Pharmacy Tech.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The 340B Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Bebashi’ s 340B Pharmacy Program. The coordinator will ensure compliance, best practices, marketing, and supervision with the pharmacy technician and Mistr patient navigator. This role will require collaboration with 340B consultants, leadership team, data manager, medical case management, and prevention department.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public health, business administration or related field required.  Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a pharmacy or clinic. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office 365, ability to work autonomously as well as receive direct supervision. Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Valid driver’s license with 3-year clean driving record.

  • Operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs.
  • Candidate should have a proven track record in producing successful grant proposals for public and/or private funding.
  • The ability to work in an innovative, collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
