Sebrina Tate
Acting Executive Director / Director of Programs & Administration

With a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Temple University and an MSW from Howard University, Sebrina has nearly 25 years of experience as an administrator in various aspects of the social work field including: Mental and Behavioral Health, Housing, Education, Social Services and Community Relations. While working with a team of professionals to construct an Autism School in the greater NE, she decided to obtain a second Masters Degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Criminal Justice with a concentration on Applied Behavior Analysis. Her experience includes the oversite of the Strength Alliance, a program that promotes and encourages resilience, health and well-being of individuals who engage in organized commercial or underground sex work. She was also the primary evaluator for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention grant awarded the School district of Philadelphia for several years. This grant supported school-based HIV prevention and surveillance including the Youth Risk Behavioral Survey (YRBS) and School Health Profiles.

Sebrina comes to Bebashi after leaving her role as Director of Student Services at a small for-profit company that provides behavioral support to primarily autistic students throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Amanda Finnell
Director of Development

Amanda has 15 years of experience in fundraising, communications, and marketing in the nonprofit and education sectors in Philadelphia. She has worked for The Princeton Review, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Summer Search, and the American Heart Association. Her passion lies in bridging the health and education divides. Amanda believes that all people, regardless of gender identification, sexual preference, race, or socioeconomic status, deserve access to high-quality and culturally sensitive healthcare and education. She is a mom, wife, advocate, and a proud Temple University graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature.

Joann Williams
Supervisor Medical Case Management

Joann is a compassionate Social Worker who has worked with families, women and children for more than 20 years in Philadelphia. Prior to working at Bebashi, she provided counseling services to families of troubled youth at NET, CATCH and Family Services of Bucks County. She is a graduate of Rutgers School of Social Work. During her free time, she enjoys singing with the “Voices of Praise” choir at the Bethany Baptist Church in Lindenwold, NJ.

Gina Bradson
Director of Finance

Gina joined Bebashi in July 2018. She has over 27 years of progressive accounting experience with the last 17 years being in the nonprofit sector.  Most recently she was the VP of Finance & Operations for the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter in Philadelphia, PA. She obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Widener University located in Chester, PA. She resides in Logan Township, NJ with her two children, Riley and Carter. When she is not attending her children’s sports events, she likes to spend time with her family, listen to local music and spend time at the shore.

Human Resources Manager

25 years of professional experience in the human resources field. This includes serving in HR leadership roles for the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center, Warren E. Smith Community Mental Health Centers, Women Against Abuse, and more recently The Presbytery of Philadelphia Head Start Learning Tree. Additionally, Mr. Hood gained valuable operations experience while serving as the Site Director for BoysTown of New York.

Mr. Hood is a graduate of Lincoln University where he earned his BA in History and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned an MA in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Communications Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in Event Management and Corporate Communications, Jude-Anne is responsible for telling Bebashi’s story.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she has worked in the Hospitality and Tourism sector in several countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and in her home country.

Most recently, Jude-Anne has worked with the Philadelphia Youth Network and the City of Philadelphia, Office of the City Representative in the fields of Event Management and Communications.

She received her undergraduate degree from Morgan State University in Baltimore and her Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Marketing, from the University of Liverpool.

She is a dedicated wife and mother of two boys, a passionate writer, and is proud to call Philadelphia her new home.
